My name is Chris Cox and I’m a former Navy Corpsman and disabled veteran. I’ve spent the past 20 plus years devoted to helping others. From working in ambulances as a medic, to earning my nursing degree working in emergency rooms, to now working as a Nurse Practitioner in an urgent care and emergency department.
Additionally, after experiencing symptoms of low testosterone, I tried to find a provider that offered affordable treatment who would treat me as an individual rather than a number. I failed to find that. I knew I couldn’t be the only one with this frustration, so I felt called to create it myself. This would not only help me and my family, but I’d have the opportunity to help other men and women in the same position I had been in.
Prior to becoming a provider, it was a struggle for me and my family to get in to see a provider the same day and sometimes even the same week for illnesses. Only to then be seen for less than five minutes and prescribed medications we don’t necessarily know that we need. Not only was it hard to see a provider if I had to go to the VA, I’d spend half of my day driving to the nearest VA facility and then wait for hours at the clinic.
I will not let any of my patients go through the same struggle. I promise to treat you as the individual you are and treat you as if you were one of my military brothers or family.
